YES WE DO. At 1 on 1 Comprehensive Healthcare Solution, we take patients
ranging from those needing simple supervision to those needing complex

Our homes/communities are in neighborhoods with many activities for residents to fill their time. Our homes are situated near walking trails, grocery stores, entertainment centers and more. We have a facility owned handicap accessible van available to transport our residents during outing in the community.

All our homes and communities are specifically chosen for safety, opportunities to get out and enjoy the neighborhood, and space to generally live a fulfilling life with accessible entertainment and essentials. Cost of care varies depending on client assessed need and clinical presentations. Room and board costs also vary depending on location. All Services include: three meals per day, two snacks per day, and support and care from our incredible staff. Above all, we provide our residents with a  thriving home-like environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Our homes are handicap accessible.  We are licensed through the Minnesota Department of Health to take care of 5 patients in each home.

Yes. Our homes provide a small, residential alternative to nursing homes. Yes. We specialize in spinal cord injury assisted living in Minnesota, including care for individuals with quadriplegia and paraplegia. Our services include mechanical lift transfers, medication management, pressure injury prevention, G-tube care, catheter care, and wheelchair-accessible living with 24/7 support.

Our program is owned and operated by a Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP)/Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. This ensures advanced clinical oversight, coordinated care with providers, and customized care plans for residents with complex medical needs.
